1How Returns Work

Dormly's Try Before You Buy model eliminates traditional returns. If you don't like a product during your trial, our delivery partner takes it back right at your door — instantly, no questions asked. The trial charge paid upfront is non-refundable as it covers delivery and trial logistics.

2Post-Delivery Refunds

If a purchased product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your Order ID and photos. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Change of mind after purchase is not eligible for refund.

4Trial Charge Policy

The trial charge is collected at the time of placing a trial order and is strictly non-refundable. This charge covers the cost of delivery, logistics, and the home trial experience.
