When you use the Dormly app or website, we collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment information. We also automatically collect certain information when you use our services, including your device information, IP address, app usage data, and location data (with your permission) to enable fast 2–4 hour delivery.

We use the information we collect to: • Process and fulfill your Try & Buy orders • Send delivery updates and order notifications • Improve our product recommendations and app experience • Communicate offers, updates, and promotions (you can opt out anytime) • Comply with legal obligations under Indian law
3Try & Buy Model — Data Handling
In our Try Before You Buy model, we capture which items you kept (purchased) versus returned. This data is used solely to process your billing correctly — you only pay for items you choose to keep. Return data is deleted from active systems within 30 days.
4Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We share your data only with: • Delivery partners to fulfill your orders • Payment processors (Razorpay/Cashfree) to process transactions • Firebase/Google Cloud for secure data storage and app infrastructure All third parties are bound by strict data processing agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including: • SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit • Firebase Security Rules restricting access to your own data only • Regular security audits No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
