Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. What Dormly is

Dormly is a platform that connects users (“explorers”) with property owners, tiffin/food providers, stores and delivery partners. Dormly is an intermediary: rental, food, product and service agreements are between you and the respective provider. We are not a party to those agreements and do not own, manage or control the listings.

3. Payments

Payments may be made in cash / cash-on-delivery or, where enabled, online through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Prices, deposits, commissions and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm. Online payments are subject to the gateway’s terms. Refunds and cancellations follow the policy shown for each booking, order or subscription.

4. User conduct & content

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not post or send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing or otherwise objectionable, and you must not impersonate others or spam.

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. The app provides tools to report content or users and to block users. We review reports and may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Listings & accuracy

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing and availability. While we work to keep the platform trustworthy, we do not guarantee any listing, provider or user, and you should use your own judgement before transacting.

6. Intellectual property

The Dormly name, logo and app are owned by Dormly Tech Solutions Private Limited. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Services.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dormly is not liable for the acts, omissions, listings or content of providers or other users, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
