1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Dormly app, or by accessing dormlytech.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including Explorers (customers) and Store Partners.
2The Try & Buy Model
Dormly operates a unique Try Before You Buy retail model: • You may select up to 5 items per order to try at home • Our delivery partner delivers within 2–4 hours to your address • You try the items at home while the delivery partner waits (up to 20 minutes) • You keep only what you love and return the rest immediately to the delivery partner • You are billed only for items you choose to keep
3User Accounts
You must create an account to use Dormly. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate, current, and complete information You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use Dormly.
4Ordering and Payment
By placing a Try & Buy order, you authorize Dormly to charge you for items you retain. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. You will only be charged for items confirmed as 'kept' by you at the time of delivery. No charges apply for returned items.
5Returns and Refunds
Items must be returned to the delivery partner at the time of delivery in their original condition with all tags intact. Items that cannot be returned at delivery time (due to wear, damage, or missing tags) will be charged in full. For billing disputes, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact our support team within 24 hours of your order.
6Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Place fraudulent orders or provide false information • Damage, destroy, or attempt to retain items without payment • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
7Intellectual Property
All content on the Dormly platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Dormly Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dormly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute.
9Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
